Plans: Basic and Core
Two plans, one product
FlowQi has a Basic plan and a Core plan. Basic is not a trial. There is no end date, no credit card, and no moment where the software stops working. You run on the same platform as every paying customer, with the same updates, maintenance and backups.
Core adds the capabilities a team needs once more than a handful of people work in the same place: deciding who sees what, keeping projects private, giving a client access to one project, and separating departments into their own workspaces.

The user count is the part people usually check twice. There is no seat limit, so an intern, a freelancer or your accountant costs nothing to add.
What Core adds
Core is €25 per user per month, for everyone in the workspace. Billed yearly it is 20% less, €20. A team is either entirely on Basic or entirely on Core, never a mix. On top of everything in Basic you get:
- Roles and permissions, so you decide who sees what
- Private projects, closed to non-members
- Guest users, to give a client access to a single project
- Multiple workspaces (Circles), to separate departments or clients
- 100 GB storage for the whole workspace
- Hummy AI, built into every project, task and client record
- 10,000 MCP calls per month
- Reporting and team dashboards
- Integrations with external tools
- Priority support
Modules
Two modules are billed separately, and only for the people who actually use them:

Time & Resource Management is €25 per user per month (€20 yearly) and works on Basic as well as on Core. Financial Management is €15 per user per month (€12 yearly) and needs Core. It does not need Time & Resource Management. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
A designer might need no module at all. A consultant adds Time & Resource Management, on Basic or on Core. Whoever handles finance adds Financial Management, which needs the team to be on Core. Nobody is billed for a module they do not have.
Names on flowqi.com. The website calls the plans Basic and Core, and the modules Time & Resources and Billing (NL: Tijd & Resources, Facturatie; TR: Zaman ve Kaynak, Faturalandırma). Moving from Basic to Core
Turning Core on keeps everything you already made. Your contacts, projects and tasks stay exactly where they are, the extra capabilities appear, and billing starts from that moment. See Subscription & Billing for the steps.
A trial is a different thing from the Basic plan. Core, Time & Resource Management and Financial Management can each be tried free for 14 days. The Basic plan has no end date and never needs to become a paid one.
Leaving
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time, on both plans, and stopping a Core subscription does not delete the work you did while paying for it.
Currency
Prices are the same numbers everywhere: 25 and 15 for the modules, 25 for Core.
Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland pay in euro; everyone else on the
global cloud pays in dollars. On flowqi.com that means: the Dutch pages always
show €, the Turkish pages always show $, and the English pages show € or $
depending on the visitor’s country (from /api/geo). An unknown country keeps
the euro, it never guesses dollars.
