Roles, access & circle settings
- Role-based access across CRM and projects — what each person can see and do now follows their role.

Trash, archive & restore
- Archive, trash, restore and permanently delete — now consistent across contacts, organizations, projects and tasks. Nothing disappears by accident, and you can bring it back.
- A restored item keeps the status it had before it was removed.
