Circles (Workspaces)
A circle is a workspace where a team works together. Each circle holds its own contacts, organizations and projects, and switching to a circle changes your whole working context — you see the data that belongs to it and nothing else. You might call them workspaces, teams, departments or client spaces; in FlowQi they are circles.
The Main Circle is created with your account and is the shared one: anything you add there is visible to everyone in your organization, and data lands there unless you pick a different circle. A separate circle is seen only by its members.
Because everything is scoped this way, the same overview shows different data depending on which circle you have selected.
A record belongs to exactly one circle. A contact and the organization you link it to have to be in the same circle, so data never leaks between workspaces.
