Switching circles

The circle switcher

The circle switcher sits at the top-left of the sidebar. It always shows the circle you’re currently in (for example “Main Circle”).

You might ask how to change workspace, switch team, or see another client’s data — in FlowQi you do that with the circle switcher.

1. Click the circle switcher to open it.
2. Pick a circle from the list.

Switching changes the workspace context — the projects, contacts, and organizations you see are the ones that belong to the selected circle. Nothing from other circles shows up until you switch to them.

Why your view changes

Because every record is scoped to a circle, the same screen shows different data depending on which circle is active. If a contact or project seems to be “missing”, you’re almost always just in a different circle — switch back and it’s there.
